Automatic Knife Loader for use with Grinding Machines

MVM is the first machine knife company in the world to successfully impliment automatic loading and unattended knife grinding. With the autoloader, and a machine equiipped with PLC, motorized magnetic chuck, and automatic wheel approach and wheel wear compensation systems, any of the larger MVM machines (K and up) can now run overnight unattended. Add the auxiliary honing head and you can have a knife completely ground (rough, finish, & sparkout), primary and secondary angle, and fine honing and loaded into the finished cart for packing without operator intervention. This makes enormous leaps in operator productivity and safety.
