Introduced in 2017, Cabineo boasts robust simplicity, making it easy to integrate into various CNC applications, specifically designed for professional cabinet box construction, store fixtures, closets, and ready-to-assemble furniture.

Compatible with any CNC router, Cabineo streamlines operations, utilizing the same drill bit for both cutting nested base parts and machining the pocket. Its self-aligning and self-clamping properties also facilitate efficient assembly, allowing for flat pack stacking and substantial savings on shipping and transport costs.
Strengthening and Simplifying the Manufacturing Process
Cabineo’s toolpath can be swiftly machined using a standard, straight-shank router bit, eliminating the need for tool changes and edge drilling. These connectors are effortlessly inserted into the routed pocket, securely joining cabinet components by screwing into a 5mm shelf pinhole with nearly 200 pounds of clamping force.
