Product Details
Designed specifically for circular saw blade repair, the ABM SEK supports precise retipping of tungsten carbide–tipped (TCT) teeth across a wide range of blade sizes and geometries. Adjustable welding angles from –10° to +30° allow the machine to accommodate different tooth configurations, making it suitable for common industrial and woodworking saw applications.
The system is engineered for controlled brazing and post-heat annealing of carbide tips, helping operators achieve consistent joints during the retipping process. Transformer-based operation combined with thyristor and control-board regulation provides stable, repeatable performance for routine repair work.
SEK handles circular saw diameters from Ø125 to 810 mm as standard, with an optional configuration available for blades up to Ø1200 mm. Built in conformity with CE standards, the machine is designed for use in professional sharpening shops and production environments where reliable blade maintenance is critical.
