Introducing
the new Clamex P biscuit-shaped connector system:
- Joins any miter angle without glue or screws to create
nearly invisible Ready To Assemble (RTA) connections.
- Clamex P is fast and simple to use--no screws or tools
needed--simply slide connectors in pre-cut slot, match
up joining panels easily with built in alignment tabs,
lock cam lever in place by a turn of a hex key pulling
parts together tightly for a strong, durable connection.
- Parts with Clamex P can be preinstalled, stacked
and packaged without risk of damage during transport.

| STEP 1: The T-Groove is cut
into the surface or the edge with a CNC machine, with amounted groove
cutter. |
STEP
2: During the process the cutter cuts into the
work piece until the required depth is achieved.

| STEP 3: The 6 mm access hole
is then drilled into the piece. |
STEP
4: The Clamex P is then inserted by hand into
the T grove, locking perfectly into the work piece for
a strong and tight installation. There is no risk
of tortional movement due to its patented ridge
system, which connects and aligns with only one fitting. |

STEP: The work pieces are then attached together
using a hexagon key and turning it 90
degrees as shown below. |
